Charlene Robinson has been a full-time, professional REALTOR since 1992, specializing in the sales and marketing of homes and land throughout the South Placer area, including Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin, Loomis, Newcastle, Penryn, and the active adult communities of Sun City Roseville, Sun City Lincoln Hills, and Springfield at Whitney Oaks.

Consistently outstanding in her field, Charlene has received numerous awards in recognition of her exemplary performance on behalf of her clients. She is a member of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Circle and was named among the Top Coldwell Banker Agents in the Sacramento Region from 1998 through 2005, in the Top 4% Internationally in 2003 and 2004, and in the Top 3% Internationally in 2005! Charlene was named “Realtor® of the Month for the Placer County Association of Realtors in August of 2004. In addition, Charlene has been awarded membership in both the Placer County and Sacramento Master’s Clubs.

Charlene is a member of the Placer County Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS, as well as the Residential Sales Council and the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. Also an active member of the Placer Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS, Charlene has served as both Treasurer and Vice-President. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.

Charlene is also a Charter Member and Past Treasurer of the Sierra Rose Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association, and is a member of both the Rocklin and Roseville/Granite Bay Chambers of Commerce.

Charlene believes that by continually updating her education, she can be more successful for both herself and her clients. She increases her effectiveness through classes and seminars, and has earned three of the real estate industry’s most prestigious professional designations: GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Charlene is also a Certified Residential Relocation Specialist, which involves specialized training and course studies. Before entering real estate, Charlene was a self-employed businessperson. She developed, owned and operated “The Scottsdale Cookie Company,” as well as a high-end baby boutique, “Only Kidding.” During her successful career as a business owner, Charlene perfected important skills in customer service, management, administration, and strict attention to detail … all of which are vital to the success of her real estate clients today.

Married and the mother of two grown children, Charlene has a special understanding of the wants and needs of families in the area. By making a point to stay up to date on the schools, the neighborhoods, the services, and the benefits available to families, Charlene feels she is a valuable information resource for those new to the area, as well as those who are merely changing neighborhoods.
